- validates them.
- promotes their tribal. national or imperial interests.
- justifies and moralizes their wars with other tribes.
- makes them the center and star of the universe.
THEY MAKE THEIR GOD IN THEIR OWN IMAGE TO PROMOTE THEMSELVES.
