Overweight?

 Q - Over-overweight po ako at sobrang ganadong kumain. Any tips on how I could eat less para di masyadong tumaba?

A -
1. Huwag magpagutom till you eat your next meal.
Kumain habang medyo busog pa.
Pag gutom na sa oras ng meal, lalakas ang kain.
2. Uminom ng marami-raming tubig bago kumain para mabawasan ang gana.
Your stomach will feel full, so it will not urge you to eat too much.
3. Unahin ang gulay bago ang rice or ulam para mabusog na agad sa healthful food.
4. Eat fish and vegetables instead of meats.
5. Avoid/ Minimize desserts. Sugar becomes pounds ---kilos---tons!
