Maraming lungkot ay dahil sa disconnection / separation / losing loved ones, etc.
So:
1. Connect with those who matter.
2. If the sadness is because of disconnection with someone who matters, then get connected / reconnected with others who also matter.
Importantly, connect or reconnect with God.
Avoid / Minimize isolation para hindi lalong lumungkot.
