I mean, may matalino at mangmang na magkasama sa Political/ Religious Choice A at may matalino at mangmang na magkasama sa opposite Choice B? Bakit hindi na lang po magkasama sa iisang choice ang mga matatalino at sa iisang choice ang mga mangmang?

Political philosophy or religious belief is usually formed by the natural "shape" / "frame" / disposition of people's inborn brains; not by acquired knowledge.
Yun ang nature ng utak nila ke educated / informed sila or not!
