Sa original context sa Jewish Scriptures, "God's house" was understood to be the Temple or it's "branches" managed by the Levites /priests.

Bakit nagta-tithe sa kanila? Kasi nang paghati-hatian ng 12 tribes of Israel ang lupain, WALANG NAGING SHARE ANG TRIBE OF LEVITE. Ang naging assignment kasi nila ay to serve as priests, managing the temple /worship /prayer facilities. Therefore hindi sila magtatanim /mangangalakal para fulltime sila sa priesthood. Naging obligadyon ng 11 other tribes na suportahan sila ---with the Tithes, "First Fruits", Offerings, etc. Kaya malaking "crime" to not tithe faithfully ---noong panahon nila, sa culture nila. sa church; wag aabsent kahit ano ang dahilan? Isuko sa church ang dreams, plans, ambitions, wants, desires, etc.?

A - Noooo!

“Kingdom” does not mean “church” or church work! Ang “Kingdom of God” ay ang isip at puso ng tao na pinaghaharian ng God’s peace of mind and emotional rest.

Sabi ni Jesus, “The Kingdom of God is in you —within you!”

So hindi church yung “kingdom”.

Lalung hindi church work na madalas ay sya pa ngang stressful at kapagod.

Unahin daw kung ano ang nagbibigay ng peace and rest kesa sa vexing, troubling. magulo at kapagod na materialism.

Unahin ang payapa at restful na paghahari ng Dios sa kalooban kesa ang paghahari ng gulo pag materialistic.

Mas pahalagahan ang peace of mind higit sa guilt feelings; yung wag gumawa ng uusig sa budhi kahit pa nga mas magbibigay ng material gain/fortune or fame. Wag unahin yung "lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life" kung makagugulo naman sa isip at makakasasakit ng damdamin o makakapagpa-worry.

Makuntento sa konti at simple kesa naman maghabol sa marami at marangya pero nagpapagulo ng isip o nagpapagulo ng samahan at pakikipagkapwa-tao. Kaya:
